Digital certified translations are legally valid in the same way as a physical certified translation. Differences in the digital translation is that it is delivered in a secure PDF format, digitally signed by the Certified Translator, legalized by the National Dean of the Peruvian Association of Professional Licensed Translators (CTP), and with QR code.
